Welcome to Dhey Al-Rafidain, a pioneering force in Iraq’s construction and industrial materials sector. Established in 2009 in the strategic and economically vital governorate of Basra, our company was founded with a clear and unwavering vision: to play a fundamental role in the rebuilding, modernization, and continuous development of Iraq’s infrastructure. Backed by a formidable foundational capital of five billion Iraqi Dinars, Dhey Al-Rafidain has steadily grown from a local enterprise into a trusted, long-standing pillar of the regional construction industry.
For well over a decade, we have remained at the forefront of urban and industrial development, providing the essential building blocks required for safe, durable, and modern cities. We understand that the strength of any great infrastructure project lies in the uncompromising quality of its foundation. Consequently, we have heavily invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing infrastructure. Today, Dhey Al-Rafidain proudly owns and operates three highly advanced, high-capacity production facilities: a premium asphalt plant, a specialized interlocking paving stone (muqarnas) factory, and a top-tier ready-mix concrete facility.

Most notably, we played a pivotal role in constructing the vital road connecting the center of Basra to the Al-Faw District—a major strategic and logistical artery for the region.
